(November 13, 2019) With the start of the 2020 racing season less than two months away, Dirt Late Model Hall of Famer Jimmy Mars excitedly announced today the addition of two new primary marketing partners! Both Veit Specialty Contracting & Waste Management and Vonco Waste Management Campus have inked multi-year deals to align themselves directly with Mars Racing for 2020 and beyond. The new partnership with these two great companies will afford Jimmy the opportunity to enter additional national events, while also allowing him the flexibility to continue to pick and choose his racing schedule. With Veit and Vonco on board, the look of Jimmy's traditionally white racecar will change to Veit's corporate colors, but the 47-year-old racer welcomes the change of color scheme heading into the new decade.

"I think I can speak for everyone at Mars Racing that we are very excited about the partnership with Veit and Vonco, along with the new colors," exclaimed the Menomonie, Wisconsin driver earlier today. "They are two terrific companies that have supported Dirt Late Model racing for a long, long time with Jeff Wildung. Their new involvement with our program will allow us to do some different things and race at more of a national level, while still being able to enter all of the big events across the Upper Midwest. I have to thank Vaughn and Kelly Veit, Mitch Sumstad, and everyone at Veit and Vonco for their support. Mars Racing looks forward to representing them and all of our other great sponsors in first-class fashion both on and off the racetrack in 2020 and in future years!"

Along with the Veit and Vonco companies, the #28 team will be backed by a long list of supporters - many of which have been partners with Mars Racing for several years. Jimmy would like to heartily thank Deppe Enterprises, Keyes Chevytown USA, T.L. Sinz Plumbing, Mid-States Equipment & Hydraulics, ARMI Contractors, S&S Transport, Baileigh Industrial, Quality Freight Rate, S&S Fishing Rental, Graveyard Auto, and Joe Signs for their unwavering support!

"Veit and Vonco had been supporting Jeff Wildung and his racing efforts for the past 23 years," said CEO Vaughn and Kelly Veit in a prepared statement. "When Jeff told us of his retirement, we started looking for someone to fill his shoes - big ones to fill. When we met Jimmy; however, we instantly knew this was a person we not only liked, but knew his style and representation aligned with ours. Veit and Vonco are excited about the start of a new long-term relationship with Mars Racing and we value their professional representation."

"With Jimmy located in the center of our three offices and periodically running high-profile national events, we believe the exposure will be a great fit with Veit's projects peppered throughout the Upper Midwest and as far away as Texas to Canada," Mitch Sumstad, VP of Civil Construction for Veit went on to say. "It is exciting to partner with a class act like Jimmy who has accomplished so much at such a high level during his racing career. We can't wait for next season to get here."

Jimmy and his Mars Racing team are set to unload their new-look #28 MB Customs Super Late Model for the first time in 2020 from January 3-5 at Vado Speedway Park in Vado, New Mexico. A trio of World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model Series programs will be held at the state-of-the-art facility with the finale boasting a $15,000 top prize. The 14th Annual 'Wild West Shootout' will then take center stage with six shows from January 11-19 at Arizona Speedway in Queen Creek, Arizona headlined by their own $15,000 to win grand finale. More information and a 2020 tentative racing schedule will be posted in the upcoming weeks at
