MARS TO RACE LOCALLY THIS WEEKEND!

(MENOMONIE, WISCONSIN) Jimmy Mars and his #28 Dirt Late Model
team traveled to Wyoming, South Dakota, Illinois, and Missouri
to enter four races with the World of Outlaws Late Model Series
and the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series from July 14-18.
Jimmy accumulated a pair of top five finishes and an additional
top ten performance during his busy week out on the road.
His best effort came on Saturday, July 18 at the pristine
Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland, Missouri. After running third
in heat race action to earn the eleventh starting position,
Jimmy charged up to the second spot and despite a broken header,
finished third in the final rundown of the $10,000 to win
Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series show behind winner Earl Pearson,
Jr. and runner-up Jimmy Owens.

last week:
July 14 | Gillette Thunder (WY) Speedway, World of Outlaws,

* Qualifying: 4th --- Heat Race: 1st --- Feature: 8th
July 16 | Dakota State Fair (SD) Speedway, World of Outlaws,
$10,000 to win
* Qualifying: 14th --- Heat Race: 3rd --- Feature: 16th
July 17 | Tri-City (IL) Speedway, Lucas Oil Series, $10,000
to win
* Heat Race: 2nd --- Feature: 5th
July 18 | Lucas Oil (MO) Speedway, Lucas Oil Series, $10,000
to win
* Heat Race: 3rd --- Feature: 3rd
Following the ultra-busy stretch of racing, the Mars Racing
team will stick around home this upcoming weekend. They will
race locally at the Red Cedar Speedway in Menomonie, Wisconsin
tonight, July 24 and the Cedar Lake Speedway in New Richmond,
Wisconsin tomorrow night, July 25. Additional information
