MARS SET TO INVADE DEEP SOUTH THIS WEEKEND!

(MENOMONIE, WISCONSIN) For the first time since their wildly successful 2008 campaign came to a close last November, the Mars Racing team plans to take to the track this weekend in Alabama to kick off their 2009 season! The #28 team has traveled south to the Deep South Speedway in Loxley, Alabama this weekend for a pair of World of Outlaws Late Model Series events. A $7,000 to win show is planned for tonight, March 13, while a $12,000 top prize is up for grabs in the weekend finale at Deep South on Saturday evening, March 14.

Following the pair of races this weekend in Alabama, Jimmy Mars will do some testing next week in preparation for a big $20,000 to win show at the Battleground Speedway in Highlands, Texas. The two-day World of Outlaws Late Model Series spectacular will be held in the Longhorn State on March 20-21.
